Cookie policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. This policy explains which ones drone-rt.com uses and how you can control them. It should be read with our privacy notice.
Our approach
We only use what is needed to run the site, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement if you agree to them. These cookies are not set, and nothing is requested from Google, until you choose "Accept". We do not use cookies to show you adverts on other websites, and our fonts and images are served from our own server.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work and do not require your consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| dronert-consent-2 | drone-rt.com | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we do not ask again on every page. Stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to our server. | Until you clear your browser data |
| Turnstile | Cloudflare | Security check on the contact page that tells people from automated programs, to protect the enquiry form from spam. Runs only on the contact page. | For the check only |
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are most visited. The information is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another. | 2 years |
| _ga_101YF1TEM4 | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit. | 2 years |
Advert measurement, only with your consent
If you accept, Google Ads sets these cookies when you arrive from one of our adverts, so we can see whether the visit led to an enquiry. They are not used to show you adverts on other websites.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Measures whether a visit from one of our adverts leads to an enquiry. | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google Ads | Remembers which advert you clicked to reach the site. | 90 days |
Google's own explanation of how it uses this information is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page. If you switch these cookies off, we remove the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop the enquiry form from working.
